I am a recent Food Science MS graduate from WSU where I studied dairy microbiology under the guidance of Dr. Minto Michael. My research focus is to gain understanding on the thermal inactivation parameters for novel cheese spoilage bacteria associated with the late blowing defect observed in aged cheeses.
