For this project, I will focus on developing and refining industry-relevant methods to efficiently isolate and quantify target whey proteins and to further characterize their bioactivity. In my spare time you can find me tinkering in my workshop, riding my bike, or backpacking in the sawtooth mountains. I have also continued my STEM community outreach at BSU with the teen science café.
