Developing a method using differential scanning calorimetry to quantify the concentration of milk proteins
Bio: I am a third-year doctorate student at Brigham Young University working with Dr. Jason Kenealey to quantify milk whey proteins using differential scanning calorimetry. We are trying to evaluate how whey protein concentrations change based on cow breed and lactation number. Previously, I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Molecular Biology. I am planning to graduate this year and will be looking for work at the end of this summer.
