I am a third-year Ph. D. candidate in the Biomolecular Sciences program at Boise State University, in Boise, Idaho. I am in the McDougal Lab which is a food chemistry and toxins lab. My project focuses on the stability of vitamins throughout the shelf life of whey protein ready-to-mix (RTM) drinks and dairy protein bars. I graduated with my BS in Chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry in the Spring of 2022 at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. I plan to graduate in the Fall of 2026 and am currently looking for internship opportunities.
