MS at USU, advisor Taylor Oberg
I am a second-year master's student at Utah State University working with Dr. Taylor Oberg on utilizing NSLAB adjunct cultures in yogurt as bio-preservatives. Previously, I graduated from Weber State with a BS in Microbiology and a BA in Spanish, and I will be looking for a job this coming Summer.
