Question: What are the dates of the 2026 WSDF Annual Meeting?
Answer: Tradeshow set-up is November 30, 2026, and the Annual Meeting is December 1-2, 2026.

Question: How many people attend the Washington Dairy Annual Meeting?
Answer: We typically have 200-250 people attend the Annual Meeting, including dairy producers and their families, dairy industry professionals, government leaders, community partners and opinion leaders.

Question: What is the deadline for Exhibitor/Sponsor registration?
Answer: November 16th

Question: What is the registration deadline for the early promo mailer that includes my logo?
Answer: October 4, 2026

Question: Why should my company exhibit and/or sponsor?
Answer: The WSDF Annual meeting gives companies direct access to Washington dairy producers in a fun and interactive forum. Sponsorship opportunities amplify your exposure and message.

Question: What are the penalties for canceling my booth reservations?
Answer: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Question: What are the set-up and tear-down times for the exhibit hall/tradeshow?
Answer: The Tradeshow set-up is Monday, November 30, 2026, starting at Noon to 7:00 pm. The Tradeshow tear-down is December 2, 2026 from 12:45 to 3:30 pm.  There are No Exceptions to the above information; you cannot set up or tear down prior to the start time and end times of the show.

Question: How do I request a different booth assignment?
Answer: Booth assignments will be made at the discretion of WSDF and are determined by your sponsorship level.

Question: What address can I ship my booth collateral to?
Answer: Vendor materials may be shipped to Great Wolf Lodge, 20500 Old Highway 99 SW, Centralia, WA 98531, USA. All packages must include the name of the group (WA Dairy Conference Annual Meeting) and the date of the event (Dec 1 & 2) and may not be received earlier than 3 days before the event.

Question: Can my spouse or family attend the Dairy Annual Meeting?
Answer: Yes, with a paid registration. Producer family member fees are covered courtesy of Dairy West.

Question: I do not want to exhibit, but would like to attend and visit with my existing client/customer; how do I get a ticket to attend
Answer: You may register as a non- sponsor attendee for the same charge as the other tradeshow participants. All registered attendees will receive an official badge.

Question: What is the deadline for producer registration? 
Answer: November 16, 2026
