About Our Speakers:
Heather Lieber, MS, RDN, CD
Heather's interest in nutrition sparked from her passion for both delicious food and overall wellness. She completed her bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Utah State University, and her master's degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah where she focused on creating a curriculum for facilitating nutrition-related behavior change through positive psychology. She has worked for Harmons Grocery for 4 years where she meets with customers for nutrition counseling sessions and store tours, teaches nutrition-focused cooking classes, oversees the "Dietitians Choice" tagging program, and delivers group presentations. Heather's philosophy is that small, sustainable lifestyle changes can have big payoffs over time. She believes there is no one-diet-fits-all and enjoys finding practical, delicious ways for customers to improve their health. Outside of work, Heather can be found experimenting in the kitchen, mountain biking, running, or skiing.
